PromoSEO was named the Best UK Lead Generation Agency 2026 by SEO Mastery Summit, taking 77% of the vote across a three-part process that drew input from 80,000+ SEO professionals, verified clients, and conference attendees at the March 2026 summit in Saigon, Vietnam.
The recognition came through one of the more rigorous award formats in the industry. The votes came from practitioners who work with lead generation agencies every day.
What separated PromoSEO from the field, according to feedback across all three voting streams, was depth of client partnership: dedicated account managers, monthly review sessions, a no-win-no-fee model, and leads delivered exclusively to one business at a time.
CEO James Dooley said the award belonged to the clients who trusted the agency and the team members who deliver for them.
SEO Mastery Summit is an annual global conference founded by Mads Singers, with a community of 80,000+ SEO professionals, agency owners, and digital marketers across Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter. Its awards process was designed specifically to reflect the opinion of practitioners, not judges.
There is no sponsorship route to the shortlist and no panel deciding the outcome. Verified clients, the broader practitioner community, and conference attendees vote independently across three separate streams. The result is a measure of market reputation, not industry relationships.
"All three streams of input pointed to the same winner," the summit announced. "PromoSEO's 77% vote share was not a narrow victory. It was a statement from an entire industry."
SEO Mastery Summit used three voting streams to determine the Best UK Lead Generation Agency, each drawing from a different group of people with different kinds of knowledge of the market.
The first stream was independent customer research. The summit's team contacted more than 50 verified customers across a range of UK lead generation agencies, gathering their assessments of performance, delivery, and client experience. These were real businesses actively using lead generation services, not industry contacts or professional referees.
The second stream opened the vote to the full community: 80,000+ SEO professionals, agency owners, and digital marketers across the summit's Facebook group, YouTube channel, and Twitter following. The third was a separate ballot for conference attendees, weighted toward practitioners with direct, hands-on knowledge of the industry.
The three streams operated independently, so each group arrived at a result without knowledge of how the others voted. In PromoSEO's case, all three pointed to the same winner. The 77% share held across every stream.
"When 77% of our community, our customers, and our attendees point to the same company, the result speaks for itself," Singers said.
The feedback that came back across all three voting streams pointed to the same thing. It was not the quality of leads alone that set PromoSEO apart. It was how the agency works with clients once the relationship starts.
The agency's involvement extends into areas most lead generation services treat as outside their brief. PromoSEO works alongside clients on branding and CRM, helping businesses improve how they receive, follow up on, and convert the leads they are sent. The aim is revenue, not enquiry volume.
PromoSEO operates on a no-win-no-fee model. Clients pay only when leads convert to revenue, with the agency absorbing all upfront costs. Every lead is delivered exclusively to one business. The same enquiry is never passed to a competitor.
Since 2010, PromoSEO has generated over 1.4 million exclusive leads for more than 400 brands across 570 to 650+ industries.
Mads Singers said the depth of that service model was what the community responded to. "The no-win-no-fee model is compelling on its own," he said, "but what our community responded to was everything that surrounds it. Dedicated account managers, monthly one-to-ones, real strategic input on branding and CRM. That level of service is rare in this industry."
James Dooley co-founded PromoSEO in July 2010 with a specific conviction about how the industry needed to work differently. Most agencies would send enquiries and move on. PromoSEO was built to stay in it with the client.
