City of Paducah declares emergency, urges citizens to store wate

The City of Paducah has declared an emergency and is encouraging the citizens of the city to begin storing water if possible.

There is a possibility that water may be lost for up to 24 hours. In the even IF that happens, water for drinking will be brought in to the City of Paducah.
