LUBBOCK, Texas -
Polling places for city and school board elections will be open from seven to seven Saturday.
The highest amount of early votes in at least 10 years were cast in Lubbock County for this municipal election, at least 16,500.
The ballot in Lubbock includes races for mayor and municipal judge, three City Council seats, three positions on the Lubbock ISD school board, and a bond election for Lubbock-Cooper ISD.
There will be 39 vote center locations where any voter registered in Lubbock County can cast a ballot.
That means you don't have to vote in a particular precinct. You will have to have a photo ID to cast a ballot.
