Levelland defendant receives 30 years for murder

A Levelland murder defendant pleaded guilty for the November 2015 death of Joel Garza, Sr.

Bryan Dale Crisp, 39, was sentenced to 30 years in prison.

Police report the 53-year-old victim was shot multiple times in the 100 block of House Street.

Garza died later at the hospital.
