LP&L CFO receives promotion

LUBBOCK, Texas -

The chief financial officer of Lubbock Power and Light, Andy Burcham, was promoted, adding assistant director of electric utilities to his title.

Burcham has served as CFO since September 2013.

His duties include oversight of financial, customer service and billing operations, as well as assistance with development and long-range planning and coordinating operations and administration of the utility.
