Second suspect indicted in connection with 2015 homicide

A second suspect in a 2015 homicide was indicted Tuesday by a Lubbock Grand Jury.

Jennifer Upton, 41, was arrested earlier this month on a murder warrant.

LPD officers found 71-year-old Jesus Arce tied to a bed in his home. He died later at the hospital.

The medical examiner determined Arce died from complications of kidney failure because of an assault.

Jesse Ramos Jr., 44, is also charged with Arce's murder.
