LUBBOCK, Texas -
A Lubbock man was sentenced to three years in prison with time-served after admitting involvement in a fatal 2013 shooting.
Treyci Neece, 20, pleaded guilty for a count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
He's been in the Lubbock Detention Center since his surrender in July 2013.
He's one of four involved in the July 7 fatal shooting of Christoper Jones in east Lubbock near MLK Boulevard and East Fourth Street.
The other three men also entered guilty pleas and were sentenced earlier this year.
