5th Annual Running2Rescue event Saturday

Giving victims of human trafficking their voices back one at a time.

The 5th Annual Running 2 Rescue 10K, 5K and family fun run is Saturday at Mackenzie Park benefiting One Vo!ce Home, a place where underage victims can get support and an opportunity for a new beginning.

Running 2 Rescue Founder Gloria Toti says it's important to break the silence and educate the public about what she says is an epidemic.

"Wherever you can do your part, we need you out here," Toti said. "Come and do your part. Come and partner with us, call us, email us, we wanna hear from you."

Online sign-ups are closed, but you can register at the race beginning at 7 a.m. Saturday, June 4. For more information, go to their website, running2rescue.com
