In-N-Out Burger to open in Lubbock

The popular restaurant chain "In-N-Out Burger" will have a location opening in Lubbock. The owners of the West End Center, located at 2910 West Loop 289, made the announcement Monday morning through their  The new restaurant will be built just south of the Aspen Creek restaurant.

The California-based burger chain has nearly 30 locations in Texas including the DFW Metroplex, and the Austin and San Antonio areas.

The West End Center management did not have a projection for an opening date.
