One dead, two injured after crash in Bailey County

At least one man was killed a crash in Bailey County, just north of Muleshoe late Friday night. DPS troopers reported a pickup towing a trailer was headed north on State Highway 214 when it crossed the center stripe into the southbound lane and crashed head-on into a sedan.

The car's driver, Guillermo Valdez, 55, was killed in the collision. The pick up driver, Christopher Parker, 34, and the car's passenger, Adela Ramos, 54, were both taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. 

No charges have been filed and no cause was released.
