LUBBOCK, Texas -

LPD made public the 911 call that sent officers to the Whataburger at 19th and Avenue Q over the weekend.

Investigators report Eliseo Padilla III was threatening customers and restaurant employees late Friday night.  When the first officer arrived on scene, Padilla was arguing with a security guard, according to police.

911 CALLER: "He's like, sexually harassing women that are walking in, he's telling people that he's gonna assault them, he's just, like... talking all kinds of crap to the people that are working there. He's just causing a huge scene."
911 OPERATOR: "Does it look like he has any weapons or anything?"
911 CALLER: "Nah, he just said he got done beating somebody up, though, so I think he's just talking about fighting. But, I mean, he's saying some crazy stuff."
911 OPERATOR: "Does it seem like he had been drinking or doing any drugs tonight?"
911 CALLER: "yeah, for sure."

According to the police report, Padilla refused to calm down and wouldn't take his hands out of his pockets.

While trying to pat down Padilla for weapons the suspect reportedly punched an officer square in the face. Other officers hit Padilla with a taser, but it didn't take him down.

Padilla reportedly had a large knife in his pocket, as well as a ski mask and a rifle in his vehicle.
